Quoting Jordan Peterson, Alexander says, “Compare yourself to who you were yesterday, not to who someone else is today.” His joy in his work comes from witnessing individuals overcome challenges and demonstrate resilience. In each session, Alexander ensures clients are consistently growing by offering honest feedback and new viewpoints, building transparent rapport as he guides them toward success.
Outside of his professional life, Alexander enjoys travel, grilling, and spending time with family and friends. Fun facts about him include having family in Spain, being double-jointed, and a love for Portuguese food. His personal goals are to continuously develop his skills, treat a variety of cases, and to obtain his LCSW.
When it comes to his clients, Alexander aims to offer them different perspectives and a renewed sense of hope through the change process.
