Rebecca specializes in supporting clients dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem challenges, relationship stress, and more. She tailors her therapy to meet each person where they are, drawing from a wide range of evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Narrative Therapy.
Clients describe Rebecca as personable, adaptable, and someone who genuinely believes in their potential. Her mantra is: “Be the change you want to see in the world,” and she brings that energy into every session.
Rebecca holds both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Social Work from Middle Tennessee State University. She has worked with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, and she continues to pursue advanced training in trauma, ethics, and self-care.

We all experience difficult moments in life, no matter who we are or where we come from, and sometimes it’s simply too hard to do it alone. We need somebody we can talk to and, most importantly, somebody who will listen. Michele is a solid place to turn in these moments. Offering a safe space for individuals to express their feelings without judgment, discrimination, or repercussions from stigmatizing labels allows the process of change to unfold naturally.
