Counseling Services

Willis CC provides personalized individual and family-oriented counseling to children, teens, students and adults. Our team has many group series and workshops for our individual guests and couples including same sex partners. All services are available in English and in Spanish.

Willis CC seeks to promote an open approach to treating mental health concerns by recommending tools and techniques that best address the needs of our guests. Our Team uses evidence based approaches to life struggles including a strong influence from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Recovery Models, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Exposure Therapy, & Radical Change.

We believe to be human is to experience pain. Our staff view suffering as a part of the human experience but do not believe suffering is the identity of our humanity. Therefore, helping our guests hold their pain lightly & with compassion while getting back moving on their values path is essentially what therapy is all about.

Our team works closely together so that guests get the benefit of multiple therapists’ strengths. We believe radical change is possible and so we challenge our guests to push themselves towards that change while holding firmly to their values. For those who have experienced therapy as being boring, lacking feedback, ambiguous, intimidating, or just being listened too, will find the WillisCC team to be a radically different approach. Many of our guests find the refreshing skills focus and commitment towards action to be the guidance they have missed in other attempts to seek therapy.
