Email about Michele

We all experience difficult moments in life, no matter who we are or where we come from, and sometimes it’s simply too hard to do it alone. We need somebody we can talk to and most importantly somebody who will listen.

Offering a safe space for individuals to  express their feelings, without judgment, discrimination, and/or repercussions from stigmatizing labels, allows the process of change to unfold naturally. With guidance and structure, we each have the ability to transform unhealthy coping strategies into healthier ones.

I believe genuineness is the foundation in which the therapeutic relationship is built upon.
