Garret Gomes is a licensed marriage and family therapist who earned his master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Argosy University of Hawaii. The combination of his own family dynamics and a strong desire to help others inspired him to become a therapist.
Prior to Willis CC, Garret gained great experience working with people diagnosed with Schizophrenia, Bipolar 1 & 2, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, PTSD, and other diagnoses. At Willis CC, he looks forward to working with individuals, couples, and families—from young adults to the elderly—who are looking to make positive changes in their lives.
Those who know Garret best describe him as ethical, open-minded, and compassionate. As a therapist, his supportive and non-judgmental nature allows guests to see their own value and recognize that they are worthy of self-love.
Hailing from Oahu, Hawaii, Garret loves yoga, walking, and hiking. He also enjoys Mexican and Italian foods, loves soundscapes, and believes that Ireland is “the dream” vacation.
“Be yourself; everyone else is already taken.“
