Dorothy Is a licensed professional counselor who holds a certificate in clinical mental health counseling from Lamar University, and MEd. In school counseling from Lamar University and a bachelor of science degree in elementary interdisciplinary studies from the University of Houston.

Dorothy has experience working with adolescents and adults living with emotional dysregulation, anxiety and depression, as well as those looking to make a change in their life. She hopes to positively affect guests by modeling healthy relationships and boundaries and by giving guests a space to talk about and feel their emotions without judgement. She believes that our emotions are innocent and they are simply offering us information. She strives to work with guests to determine what their message is.

She has a speciality working with EAP guests and helping with shorter focused goals to help guests transition smoothly during life hiccups or stressful bumps in their road of life. Dorothy was born in New York City and grew up in Houston, Texas. She is described as compassionate, authentic and supportive. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, cooking and spending time with friends and family. She also enjoys crossword and jigsaw puzzles and going to sporting events.
