Donald Bialkowski is a licensed clinical social worker who earned his bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and his master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He was inspired to become a therapist by his strong desire to help people who are suffering.
Before coming to Willis CC, Donald amassed invaluable experience working with veterans at the Madison VA Hospital, primarily focusing on depression, anxiety, PTSD, and life transitions such as divorce, medical issues, and job loss. Additionally, he focused on holistic coaching for men. At Willis CC, he looks forward to working with adult guests and using his breadth of experience to empower them to make meaningful changes within themselves and their lives. Those who know Donald best describe him as funny, kind, and thoughtful. During sessions, he uses a strengths-based approach and values self-determination, believing that people are the experts on themselves, while he can offer support, expertise, guidance, and accountability.
Originally from Green Bay, WI, Donald loves walking, running, and playing. He also enjoys the outdoors, silence, and reading Stephen King books.
