Email about Cassandra

Cassandra holds a bachelors of science degree in psychology with a minor in classic civilizations from Austin Peay State University, as well as master’s of arts and education specialist degrees in counseling from Seton Hall University. Cassie’s passion for learning and expanding her professional development is very strong and that curiosity is often found in working with her.

Often described as approachable, reliable and warm, Cassie became a therapist because of her family’s experience with therapy when she was a teenager. She approaches every therapeutic relationship as a road trip prior to GPS. She has the maps to get guests where they want to go, remembering that it is the guest’s choice how long they want to take.

Guests experience her as positive yet very capable of sitting with intense pain and disappointments in life while being willing to allow guests to address their areas of concern. Once guests begin to work with her they find quickly that they have a confidant in Cassie and often stay working with her for long periods of time.

She is a believer In humor, knowing that if we can laugh about it, we can talk about it. She also prides herself on being guests’ cheerleaders. She is an authentic soul with a big heart who is excited to help guests become the best version of themselves.

Outside of work, Cassie enjoys reading, spending time with her dogs and playing games with friends. Her childhood dream:  wanted to be an astronaut.

“To create something exceptional, one must be relentlessly focused on the smallest detail.”
